This practice should not lead to increased inspection of these farms which are not ratable under the Valuation Act 2001.::To highlight that a number of farm types have been targeted for inspection, and these have been brought to IFA's attention including::• Vegetable stores and associated buildings – growers including carrot and cabbage producers in Wexford and Dublin. After initial letter(s) from Tailte Éireann some were deemed not ratable, others have cases ongoing. These growers engaged legal advice and IFA assistance.::• Amenity Horticulture – a number of growers in Kildare and Dublin. T
