Intent: To support collaborative engagement between Government and industry on practical measures to strengthen national flood resilience and protect households, communities, and businesses from increasing weather-related risks.

To host a discussion on issues pertinent to the insurance sector as part of the European Insurance Forum.

Intent: To communicate the support and concerns of the insurance industry for the delivery of pragmatic pensions and life assurance policy, including engagement on Insurance Ireland's Code of Practice for Cancer Survivors and the resulting proposed legislation, the recommendations of the Funds Sector Review, and an Irish Savings and Investment Account, highlighting the importance of a level playing field so that insurers can be equal delivery providers

Intent: To inform discussion of health insurance issues within government, including submission of a report highlighting the benefits and value of private health insurance sector, as well as challenges faced by the sector and recommendations for consideration by Government to improve access and affordability for private health insurance, as well as engagement with Department of Health regarding areas for public/private collaboration, and Public Only Consultant Contract (POCC) Transition Arrangements

Details: On behalf of members, making proposals in relation to the review of changes in European regulation and to discuss with Ireland's European Parliament representatives

Intent: To inform Government on the Insurance Ireland/AsIAm Autism Inclusive Workplace Charter and to support the industry led, government supported initiative, Ireland's Women in Finance Charter, particularly in relation to the announcement of funding for the data partner for the 2026 annual report.
