Intent: to have a wider range of supports for SMEs with the capacity to grow. these would further develop the current range of supports and increase the funding available to smes

Intent: Reduce bureaucracy relating to employment as it has a real cost and is a challenge for smaller smes, Reduce high costs such as energy and housing are pushing up labour costs and these need to brought down
