Methods: After having been contacted directly by the company (Feasible) which was considering purchasing the site and developing the Primary Care Centre, SVRA emailed South Dublin County Council planning department for information on what could be expected if this proposed site was to be rezoned for use as a Primary care Centre. Having not received a response from SDCC planning department, SVRA then emailed Cllr. O'Broin with the same query (05/07/22). Cllr. O'Broin spoke to Feasible and suggested a workshop with SVRA and residents to discuss the plans. Cllr OBroin gave information as to the process for rezoning - a material contravention of the development plan. The outcome of this communication was that a meeting was arranged for Pat Nolan to show the plans of the Primary Care Centre. - Email, 2 members of SVRA attended the meeting on 01/11/22 in Saggart Heritage & Arts Centre where Pat Nolan of Feasible presented plans of the Proposed Primary Care Centre. It was explained by Pat what the process was to secure a material contravention of the development plan to have the land on that specific site rezoned. The meeting was attended by 3 councillors (Cllr OBroin, Cllr OHara, Cllr Carey). After this meeting, SVRA contacted Feasible to ask for additional information, but no further communication followed after that. - Meeting
