Intent: To encourage County Councils to adopt the IFA protocol for farm inspections.::To seek clarity on the 1% conditionality inspection requirement, post CAP Simplification package, is that taken from 1% of total BISS applicants (c.124k) or 1% of total BISS application with over 10ha (c.104k). The view of most farmers was that it should be 1% of the lower number.::To seek clarity on whether there is a certain proportion of farm inspections, per EU Regulation, that has to be on-the-spot/unannounced?
