Intent: The following motion was passed at our July meeting:’In light of the increasingly disastrous traffic conditions in and around Malahide, which are unacceptable from multiple standpoints, we request that Fingal County Council commission an independent expert review of the current intolerable situation. This review should focus primarily on identifying the key factors contributing to the near-constant gridlock and urgently recommending appropriate solutions
