Intent: To highlight reforms of the policy environment which would address vacancy and dereliction in Ireland's towns and cities and the importance of prioritising adaptive use in the next housing plan.

Details: On behalf of members to inform on the work of Vacant to Vibrant Building Alliance.

Intent: Provided councillor Healy with requested information on Uisce Eireann's settlement agreement with me to cease all remaining raw sewage discharges from properties on the Doldrum outfall catchment including funding construction of a septic tank on one property and a new sewer pipe to proposed pumping station and sewer network diverting to Ringsend.
