Intent: • To draw attention of the Tanaiste to the conditions in the Family Law Court in Dolphin House. • To highlight the work of Women’s Aid in supporting women through the courts system through our Court Accompaniment service and Dolphin House Support and Referral Service. • To discuss plans for the new family law courts planned. • To raise concerns about the continuing conditions in the family law courts while the new family law court is built.
