Intent: We wanted to share Oxfam’s and Dóchas’ position in the Outcome Document resulting from the Sevilla’s Summit, linking it to the EU current definition of ODA and the concerns of the sector about the Global Gateway and what is being defined as ODA. We also wanted to express our willingness to have Ireland as one of the supporters of the Tax the Rich initiative led by the Spanish government.
