Intent: BTA fully support the Scheme's overarching objective of protecting and enhancing the street and its environs for the benefit of those who live in, work in, and visit the Grafton Street area. BTA's observations are intended not to challenge the fundamental conservation and retail objectives of the Scheme, but to ensure that those objectives are achieved in a manner which also recognises the need for established landmark businesses to evolve and invest over the lifetime of the Scheme.
