Following the meeting we sent a letter seeking an update on an End of Waste application made to the EPA by a Beauparc company in 2021.

We gave a presentation to the Minister which summarised our investments to date and how the waste industry has invested and changed radically since the 1990s. We also presented our sustainability report, explained our CO2 reduction plans and raised a concern about the delays in the End of Waste process, and the planning and licensing systems. We also gave our opinions on how to maximise recycling and enable the circular economy.
