Client is currently going through MTR. Sale agreed however at conveyancing solicitors advised that house is land locked. Client asked me to liaise with local TD Richard O’Donoghue on her behalf which I have done and continue to do. We have requested that TD’s office liaise with Council to find out how did Tracey and her ex husband get planning 20 odd years ago

if it was landlocked.

Client is divorced

his name is still on family home. His ex wife and children reside there. After liaising with Ian Doyle a number of years ago HAP and an 1 Bed apt for secured for client. He received Notice to Vacate (to be out in July)

as owner of building is selling entire building. I have contacted Ian Doyle to liaise with Council. lan is also on the committee of local sheltered housing

and confirmed he would be eligible for this scheme

however nothing available at the moment.

Client was applying for MTR. Single man

4 bedrooms. Over accommodated does not apply as he is over 65. The process went as far as conveyancing. Cork Co Co refused to accept 25 year lease. Irish Homes offered tenant in situ

but Council still refused. Client requested I write letter to explain situation for local Councillor and liaise with him (Ian Doyle). I have spoken with Ian
