Politician(s) lobbied:Anne Connolly (Councillor), Kildare County Council; Noel Heavey (Councillor), Kildare County Council; Tracey O'Dwyer (Councillor), Kildare County Council; Robert Power (Councillor), Kildare County Council
Intent: We sent formal Kildare Town LAP Submission direct to the listed DPO's for the purpose of bringing the contents of the same to their attention in their capacity as Local Councillors. We did not request or ask for any specific vote or result. The same arguably does not constitute lobbying but out of an abundance of caution decided to register the communication.

Politician(s) lobbied:Chris Pender (Councillor), Kildare County Council; Noel Connolly (Councillor), Kildare County Council; Peggy O'Dwyer (Councillor), Kildare County Council; Mark Stafford (Councillor), Kildare County Council
Intent: We never requested any specific action but did state the intentions of the company as set forth specifically in a submission to the local authority. We sent a copy of that formal submission to the DPOs and did so for the purpose of providing information. It is arguable that we did not in fact engage in lobbying as we did not make any requests or seek any specific action or result but to ensure compliance we decided to err on the side of caution and register the communication.
