Intent: 1. To take part in consultation regarding the the Department of Enterprise, Tourism, and Employment development of its Satement of Strategy 2025-2028::2. To share views regarding any strategic issues to help inform the development of the new strategy especially seeking inclusion of actions that; (a) enhance visa access for equestrian staff; (b) support the development a national bridleway strategy to boost equestrian tourism and (c) invests in workforce development and innovation.

Intent: 1. To meet with Irish MEPs on relevant EU Committees to seek support for European Equestrian Federation amendments in submission on Live Horse Transports.::2. To highlight that, under the proposed rule changes, the length of the sea journey (18-20hours) from Ireland to France could exclude Ireland from access to the European Single Market, having a significant consequential on impact on Irish Equine breeding, sales and competition.
